The Assessment process

 

A specially trained member of staff will carry out the first step which is the initial assessment process that contains a questionnaire specially created to assess your needs. All the gathered information will be treated as confidential.

 

A risk assessment will be carried out in order to minimise your risks and support your independence. Once this is covered we will proceed to the final stage your client support plan as well meeting and getting you started with our carers and the services you have requested as an individual or couple.

 

The client support plan is designed to provide for your needs and to lay down tasks that need to be performed during care visits.

 

The client support team will be available 24/7 in order to ensure your care package meets your standards. In addition we are going to do regularly reviews for you, we will advise you if we think the level of your care needs to be increased or decreased to continue to meet your needs and to promote your living standards and independence.
